This week’s guided self-pleasure practice session focuses on activating your “girth cells” and exploring the clitoral legs through conscious touch.
You’re encouraged to enjoy this, as well as last week’s pleasure practice, and bring any emotions or challenges that come up to the community in The Daring Project Facebook Group for support.
Points to consider for your home play practice:
This is just a little reminder to watch the follow-up video we did just after leading session 4.
The big thing we learned this week is how the vagina does the pushing to open up, pushing out the pelvic floor. This process can then bring in, as opposed to being pushed into.
You can now continue practicing at a pace that allows for integration. Stay aware of conscious penetration, and really bring love into your body. Don’t override the value of stimulus at the entrance. Remember to use your voice for resonance and listen to your body’s consent.
As you continue to practice this week, keep in mind the following:

You’ve experienced something that matters—and it’s the kind of story that others need to hear. When someone’s on the fence or just starting their journey, your voice could be the one that nudges them forward.
We’re inviting you to record a short testimonial. Not for perfection, but for truth. Just be yourself. Speak from the heart. Share what shifted, what helped, what stood out. Whether it’s one small insight or a life-changing moment—your story holds weight.
You don’t need a script. You don’t need to edit. Just press record, tell us what this journey meant to you, and know that someone out there will be better because you shared it.
We’re listening. They’re waiting. Let’s inspire together.
When someone is unsure, hesitant, or simply looking for something real—they turn to stories. Honest ones. Like yours.
If this experience gave you clarity, helped you grow, or even made the smallest difference in your life, we’d be honored if you’d write a short testimonial. Your words could be the encouragement someone else needs.
