Awakening the Sensual Woman – Week 2

Clitoris & Pudendal Nerve

This week’s guided self-pleasure practice session focuses on exploring your pleasure anatomy, and more specifically, the functions of your clitoris through conscious touch.

We invite you to play with the breathwork exercises to build relaxed arousal and we discuss the nerve pathways in your clitoris.

I then guide our second self-loving practice, using gentle touch and massage of the vulva and clitoral structures while incorporating breath, sounds and movement.

The goal is to promote relaxation of tense or numb areas while building and expanding our pleasure in a non-goal oriented way.

You’re encouraged to enjoy this, as well as last week’s pleasure practice, and bring any emotions or challenges that come up to the community in The Daring Project Facebook Group for support.

Points to consider for your home play practice:

  • Continue practicing voice and vulva connection, opening your front body, and exploring the totality of your clitoral structure in different ways over the coming week
  • Practice relaxing and releasing any tension or blocked areas you come across as you explore your pleasure anatomy.
  • Keep a gentle focus on softening your vulva and releasing any ‘have tos’ in preparation for deepening your self-loving practice.

WEEK 2 BONUS

How was the second session?

This is just a little reminder to watch the follow-up video we did just after leading session 2.

We encourage you to keep being gentle and patient with yourself as well as to:

  • Notice the difference in your body’s response to a woman’s voice leading versus a man’s.
  • It’s natural to have emotions during this practice, like joy or sadness.
  • If emotions arise, self-soothe with techniques like putting your hand in your armpit, hugging yourself, longer outbreaths, or a good shake.

As you continue to practice this week, keep in mind the following:

    • Practice when your mind isn’t overly active, like before bed or after waking up.
    • Use gentle rocking and touching to transition between sleep and wakefulness.

You’ve experienced something that matters—and it’s the kind of story that others need to hear. When someone’s on the fence or just starting their journey, your voice could be the one that nudges them forward.

We’re inviting you to record a short testimonial. Not for perfection, but for truth. Just be yourself. Speak from the heart. Share what shifted, what helped, what stood out. Whether it’s one small insight or a life-changing moment—your story holds weight.

You don’t need a script. You don’t need to edit. Just press record, tell us what this journey meant to you, and know that someone out there will be better because you shared it.

We’re listening. They’re waiting. Let’s inspire together.

When someone is unsure, hesitant, or simply looking for something real—they turn to stories. Honest ones. Like yours.

If this experience gave you clarity, helped you grow, or even made the smallest difference in your life, we’d be honored if you’d write a short testimonial. Your words could be the encouragement someone else needs.
