About This Course

I designed each practice to fit into one of three categories: Grounding, Transforming Emotions, & Pleasure for Immunity. There are 7 videos for each category, so feel free to pick and choose or follow along the day to day flow we did LIVE at the start of the COVID mandated ‘stay-at-home’ self-quarantine. Kids, Elders, and anyone can do these practices. Please use care if you have particular body issues that require special attention. Feel free to leave comments, I’m here for you! You can cancel your membership via your account, located in the my membership box. 

We will only refund classes that have been active for under 3 business days. To request a refund, please lodge a support ticket via our support page and our support team will issue a refund for the class.
